Order Status
Has my order been shipped?
Click "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site, then “Order Status” to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the"Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you with your tracking information. *Only applicable for registered mail.
How to create an account?
Click on Log in at the top right hand corner of the site.
Click I am a new customer.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click my account . Log in with your email and password.

Shipping Information
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Singapore)
Items will be shipped out within 24 hours upon payment.
Mails take about 2-3 days to reach you.
Please note that this time period may vary when a peak/festive period arrives.
For registered mail: We strongly recommend registered mail as it is the safest way to ensure the mail reaches you. Registered article number will be given upon request. We will account for your article should you not receive it.
For normal mail: We do not advise buyers to opt for normal mail unless you're willing to risk your item. Normal mails CANNOT be tracked at all. Your mail might go missing or the postman sending it to the wrong address accidentally. If you do not receive the item within 7 days from payment, please call 1605 to enquire about your item status. We will not be held responsible should items go missing during delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items will be shipped out within 24 hours upon checkout.

Once an order has processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. A seperate email with tracking number will be sent to you.
Estimate Delivery time :
Air Mail: 6 to 8 business days from the shipped date, exclude holidays.
Speedpost: 2 to 4 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment
How do I pay and receive my items (Singapore)?
* We accept ATM bank transfers.
* We also accept interbank transfer, please give an allowance of 3 working days for your payment to be reflected. (For non-DBS/POSB users)
* Registered mail will be an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage cost. This is a much safer way as you will be given tracking number to track article status should items get missing during delivery.
If I don’t have a bank account or Paypal, are there any other options?
* Yes! You can do a direct deposit via UOB(local). You just have to find any UOB cash deposit machine and drop the cash inside and key our bank account number.(Only applicable for Singapore)
* Another option for both local and international would be concealed cash. Please only send concealed cash by registered mail or mails that have tracking number. Do not send via normal mail! We will not be held responsible should cash gets lost during delivery time.
How do I pay and receive my items (International)?
* We only accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payments.
* Shipment will be from Singapore
* Tracking information will be emailed to you shortly after item has been mailed.
How do I order?
From the home page, click on a category of choice.
Click on an item to view from the product list.
Choose a color and a size and then click on"Add to Cart" to checkout.
Currently, we are unable to process orders by phone and/or by mail. You can only order online at this time.

How are the clothes measured?


The length and the width are measured in inches. And are measured as pictures shown below.
Returns Policy
The item I received is damaged, what should I do?
* Refunds/exchanges for defective/damaged items are done on a case to case basis.
We reserve the rights to make it up to you the best way we deem fit. But do be assured that if the fault lies with us, we will do everything we can to make it up to you.
* If you received a stained item, please do not attempt to wash or remove the stain without contacting us first. If you do so, we reserve the rights to not refund/exchange with you.
* Defects/damages may be returned 14 days from date of purchase. Exchange will not be eligible after the 14 days period.
