All our images may not be used for any purpose without consent. Please seek our permission before using them.

Do not alter our images in anyway. Please respect us and our work.

Prices are strictly non negotiable.

We don't provide additional pictures. But we will try our ultimate best to help you with any doubts.

We try to help the best we can with sizing, model's height and usual UK and local sizing will be given.
Do take the time to double check with measurements provided.

All apparel are brand new unless stated. We will also try to state flaws/defects(if any).

All our apparel are free sized unless stated.

All apparel come from a smoke free environment.

All goods sold are not returnable or refundable.

We will not be held liable in anyway if items go missing via normal mail.

If Buyer choose to opt for NORMAL mail, it is at Buyer's own risk.

Please do note that a return address is stamped at the back of every parcel we send out.

NORMAL MAIL

Light Apparel(eg, cotton tees, camisoles, spag straps and etc which are made of LIGHTWEIGHT material) and
Accessories (Pins, Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Skinny Belts) - $1

Heavy Apparel and Accessories(eg,Dresses, Cardigans, Bottoms, Chunky belts, Belts, Tunics) - $1.50 - $4 (SINGAPORE ONLY)

Registered mail costs an additional $2.24 on top of normal mail.

Hence if your item is a tee shirt, it falls under light tops hence normal mail for the item would be $1.
total postage amount payable would be $3.24.

Please do note we reserve the rights to charge the amount of postage we deem fit for the weight of your item(s).

Registered Article numbers can only be requested only after 2 days upon date of purchase.

FYI - Registered/normal mail takes about 2-3 days. Please note that this time period may vary when a peak/festive period arrives.

Please take note, we will not be held responsible if items get damaged in the mail.
But we will ensure that the item leaves us packaged the safest we can.

Please check all your items before wearing/washing them. It would be ideal if you check item condition upon receiving it in the mail.

Received an item that is defective/damaged? Please let us know.
We check items a minimum of two times before sending them out. We pay attention to all details, major or minor.
But as humans, we do err sometimes and may miss out on a flaw.

We will try our very best to make it up to you should we have sent you a defective/damaged item and we sincerely apologise.

Refunds/exchanges for defective/damaged items are done on a case to case basis.
We reserve the rights to make it up to you the best way we deem fit. But do be assured that if the fault lies with us,
we will do everything we can to make it up to you.

If you received a stained item, please please please do not attempt to wash or remove the stain without contacting us first.
If you do so, we reserve the rights to not refund/exchange with you.

Refunds/exchanges for defective/damaged items must be done within 5 days after receiving the item.

Sales items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done.
